Teen Numbers
We have been learning about teen numbers.
Things we know about teen numbers:
- They are a group of ten and some more
- When you write them they always start with a 1
- They have 'teen' at the end, except for the naughty teens 11 and 12
We made teen chains to show a group of ten and some more:
Ten and 3 more is 13 |
Ten and 4 more is 14 |
Ten and 5 more is 15 |
Ten and 6 more is 16 |
Ten and 7 more is 17 |
Ten and 8 more is 18 |
Ten and 9 more is 19 |
