Getting out into the Garden

The sun was out on Tuesday and we made the most of it. Our pea and sunflower plants were starting to get too big for their cups so we thought it was time to plant them in the garden. Some big buddies from Mahutonga and Matariki came to help us.

First we had to carefully take them out of their cups, dig a hole and place them inside. We used a bamboo stake to tie our sunflowers to. We hope our peas will climb up the sunflower and soon we hope we will be eating some peas.
